Our suite-style buildings — Bemis, Beltway, Burkeview Basecamp, Grand Meadow, Vail, Darling, Queen/Bunk, Farmhouse, Crash Pad, and Earl Brown — sleep 4 to 10 across a range of 2 to 5 beds per suite. Each one comes with a kitchenette or full kitchen, a private bathroom, and a sitting area. If you're here for two or three weeks, being able to cook a real dinner and have a living room to decompress in changes the whole experience. If you're traveling solo or as a couple, our standard rooms (1-4 guests) work the same way at a smaller scale.

The restaurant is open 365 days a year for dinner, plus lunch on Saturdays and breakfast available to guests (a $15 per-person add-on, plus tax and gratuity, $6 for kids 10 and under). Sunset views come standard on the back deck. During warmer months, Trailside — our beer, coffee, and snack bar behind the Rifugio bike shop — is open daily from 9am to sunset for anyone who wants something faster.

Kingdom Trails run directly through our property: 10+ miles of mountain bike trail on-site plus 15 more on neighboring land, an MTB skills park, and Rifugio, our full-service bike shop, for rentals, repair, and expert service (Class 1 e-bikes welcome, with secure storage and charging). There's 5+ miles of hiking and walking trails on property and 20 more nearby, gravel routes that start right from the driveway, 27 holes of disc golf across two courses, and over a mile of frontage on the West Branch of the Passumpsic River for fishing or a quiet paddle. In warmer months our heated saltwater pool — the only one of its kind in the Northeast Kingdom — is open. Burke Mountain is 10 minutes away for skiing, and Lake Willoughby is about 20 minutes (12 miles) down the road. Winter brings snowshoeing, nordic skiing, fat biking, sledding, and snowmobiling right from the property.

Bring the dog

Our pet-friendly rooms take one pet per room for a flat $75 or $100 fee for the whole stay — not per night. Pets stay leashed on the property; there's outdoor seating and a beer garden that welcome them at mealtime, even if they can't join you inside the dining room or pub.
