TERMS, POLICIES, & PRIVACY

The Wildflower Restaurant & Pub is open for drinks and dinner 7 days a week from 5 to 9 pm, lunch on Saturdays from 12-5 and breakfast 7 days a week from 7:30-9:30am. If you want to make a dinner reservation, please call us at 802-626-8310..

PARKING & BIKE STORAGE

Free parking is available for all of The Wildflower's guests. Please pull into the main building for check-in; then, you can park at the specific building where your room is located. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please use designated secure bike storage areas for your gear.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check-in is 4:00 pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving late in the evening so we can make arrangements for you. Check-out is by 11:00 am. On the day of your departure, your room must be vacated by 11:00 am; you are welcome to stay on the property and use our amenities for the day. Please let us know if you need help with luggage or bike storage. We offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

A valid credit card and a 50% deposit are required to make a reservation.

Cancel 14 days before arrival to receive a refund of the deposit, less the $35 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no-shows, or early departures are subject to forfeiting the deposit. Guests can change existing reservations anytime, and a $35 processing fee will apply to each change.

All 3rd party reservations must go through the third party for any changes to the reservation.

VERMONT FEES & TAXES

The State of Vermont charges a 9% Meals & Room tax, a 10% Alcohol tax and a 6% Retail tax.

SMOKING & MARIJUANA POLICY

NO Smoking or Marijuana use in rooms or any common indoor areas. A $150 cleaning charge will be applied to any guest room that smells of smoke or marijuana.

OPEN ALCOHOL CONTAINERS

By town regulation, open alcohol containers are only allowed in designated consumption areas in immediate proximity to our two restaurants (The Wildflower & Trailside) and beer garden, within one's room, or on balconies, patios, or decks immediately associated with your room. Through town permits, consumption of alcohol at outdoor beer festivals or specifically permitted events or weddings on our property is allowed.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

We provide FREE 5G wireless internet service throughout the property.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

As you enjoy the Wildflower property, please remember there is no lifeguard on duty for the pool and swimming area. Activities such as biking, skating, sledding, snowmobiling or any outdoor activities are done at your own risk.

PET POLICY

Well Behaved and Leashed Pets are Welcome at The Wildflower.

Pet-Friendly rooms are limited and should be reserved in advance. Please limit pets to one per room ($75/$100 fee). Pets must always be on a leash when on The Wildflower Property. Pets are not permitted in the pool area or indoors in the pub or dining room. We do have a limited number of outdoor seats that can accomodate pets for meals, weather permitting, and they are always welcome in the beer garden. Please inquire about pet friendly seating when making a dinner reservation. Guests are responsible for all property damages and personal injuries resulting from their pets. As always, please clean up after your pet.

A $250 fee will be assessed for pets found in a non pet-friendly room.
