What is the deposit and cancellation policy for an extended stay?

A valid credit card and a 50% deposit are required to reserve. Cancel 14 or more days before arrival for a refund of the deposit, less a $35 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no-shows and early departures forfeit the deposit. You can change a reservation anytime; a $35 processing fee applies to each date change. The remaining balance is captured at check-in. Third-party reservations must be changed through the third party.

What makes a long stay work here

Most lodging near Kingdom Trails is priced and equipped for a weekend. A longer stay needs different things, and they are all on site.

A real kitchen. Several suites have full kitchens and the rest have kitchenettes, so you can cook a week of dinners instead of eating out every night.

Your own laundry. Multiple suites include an in-suite washer and dryer, including a full-size set in a dedicated laundry room in Burkeview Basecamp. After a week on the trails this matters more than almost anything else.

WiFi that works everywhere. High-speed WiFi reaches every room and common area across the property, not just the lobby — reliable enough to take a call, chart, or work a full day.

A restaurant that never closes. The Wildflower Restaurant & Pub is open 365 days a year for breakfast and dinner, with sunset views from the back deck. On the nights you don't want to cook, you walk downstairs.
