From his early passion for cooking to his innovative contributions to our restaurant, Kristian embodies the spirit of creativity and dedication that defines The Wildflower. Join us as we delve in and learn about what makes Kristian such an invaluable part of our culinary team.

Can you tell us about your culinary background and what led you to become a chef?

"When I was a kid I was blessed to be in the kitchen with both my grandmother and mother often. I realized really young that the kitchen was almost like a safe place for me. I felt like I belonged to something huge. A story in which I could write my own ending."

What do you enjoy most about being a chef and working in the food industry?

"I enjoy the spontaneity and reaching my goal to make the best food I can."

What can our customers expect from your dishes in terms of flavor, presentation, and overall dining experience?

"I would say the love I give my food. I wake up every morning thinking about being in the kitchen. I am invested in growing and keeping my food creative and as innovative as I can. That being said, I'm blessed to work for such a great Chef."

Can you share a personal cooking tip or technique that our readers might find interesting or useful?

"Never be afraid of making a mistake."
