    • Prices are subject to change without notice.
    • All events must end by 10pm.
    • Room blocks are available but will be released 3 months prior to the event. 
    • Final counts and meal options must be submitted 3 weeks prior to event.
    • All alcohol must be provided by The Wildflower under their liquor license. Outside alcohol is not permitted. 
    • Bar hours not to exceed 5 hours. 
    • Taxes and gratuity not included in event or menu pricing. 
    • 20% gratuity will be added to all event services.
    • 50% non-refundable deposit due at contract signing. Balance due 3 weeks prior to the event. Alcohol bill is due at the conclusion of the event.
    • Full property use agreement is available upon request.
